Refund policy
RETURNS
You must return the item(s) in a saleable condition including all hand tags and original packaging without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 7 calendar days of delivery with all original tags attached and may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only.
A refund will be given if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non-negotiable.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s PayPal account or credit card.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item(s) and returns may only be made on full price products/
SALE RETURNS
All items purchased on sale are final unless the product is deemed faulty.
