RETURNS
You must return the item(s) in a saleable condition including all hand tags and original packaging without any undue delay, and in any event within a maximum period of 7 calendar days of delivery with all original tags attached and may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. A refund will be given if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non-negotiable. 
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s PayPal account or credit card.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item(s) and returns may only be made on full price products/

Additionally, if your order contains both pre-order items and non-pre-order items, please be aware that all items will be dispatched together on the delivery date of the pre-ordered item. This is to ensure efficiency in our fulfillment process, as it is not viable for our business to send multiple shipments. By placing an order with both pre-order and non-pre-order items, you agree to this shipping arrangement.
